Hey everyone, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, nut bread. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Nut Bread is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Nut Bread is something which I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook nut bread using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Nut Bread:
  1. Take 2.5 cups all purpose flour
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp sugar
  3. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  4. Make ready 2 tsp yeast
  5. Make ready 1 handful pistachio nuts
  6. Take Half a handful of raisins
  7. Prepare Some groundnuts
  8. Prepare Some milk
  9. Get 4 tbsp dessicated coconut
Instructions to make Nut Bread:
  1. Mix all dry ingredients including the nuts & raisins.
  2. Add the milk and mix/knead using your hand until you get a consistent dough, then cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to proof.
  3. Once it's risen to double the size of the dough, knead the dough again for a few minutes.
  4. Grease your bread tin or any baking tin of your choice, then shape the dough and place it in the baking tin.
  5. Cover and place in a warm place again, and leave it till it proofs to double it's original size.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to around 200°C
  7. When the dough's proofed enough, brush it with beaten egg white, then pop it in the oven.
  8. 20-30 minutes should be able to get it well done.
