The ingredients needed to make Kabooli:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl Basmati biryani rice
  2. Make ready 50 gm Cauliflower
  3. Prepare 1 Capsicums
  4. Make ready 1 Aloo / potato
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Matar / peas
  6. Prepare 1/2 Carrot
  7. Prepare 1 +2 Pyaz / onion
  8. Take 1 + 4 Tomato
  9. Prepare Whole masala
  10. Get as required cinnamon,javitri
  11. Take as required Tejpatta (bay leaves) dry red mirchi
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Jeera / cumin
  13. Prepare A pinch Hing (asafoetida)
  14. Get to taste salt
  15. Take 1/4 tsp Haldi / turmeric
  16. Make ready 1/4 Garam masala
  17. Get 1 tsp Kevda water
  18. Make ready 6 Saffron strands
  19. Get 1 bowl Curd
  20. Take 5 slice Bread
  21. Take 2 tbsp Ghee
  22. Make ready as needed Oil for frying
  23. Get 8 Cashew nut
  24. Get 2 tsp for sprinkle Milk
Instructions to make Kabooli:
  1. Wash and soak rice for 1 hour and drain out water and boil with salt in a pan
  2. Heat oil in the pan on gas put aloo cauliflower, carrot and onion, cut in round shape and fry them. Now bread also fry in oil keep aside. Now in a pan put oil and butter add jeera whole masala, ginger,garlic paste add chop onion stir. add regular masala salt and add tomato chop, cook it untill oil leaves pan now add curd and stir it continuously and add all fry veg and fry bread stir it very well
  3. Then keep aside now in non stick pan spread rice of 1st layer on upper side all mix veg and gravy also 3rd layer of rice then again veg and gravy layer again rice layer sprinkle fresh dhaniya,saffron milk and kevda water garnish with cheese cover lid and put on gas for 5 to 7 mini on slow flame
