The ingredients needed to make Crispy French fries:
  1. Make ready 2 large size potatoes
  2. Take 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  3. Prepare Water for blanching
  4. Make ready Oil for frying
Steps to make Crispy French fries:
  1. Wash and potatoes nicely with water
  2. Cut them into like French fries shape
  3. Rinse all the potatoes with water twice
  4. Take a pan and Boil water and dip potatoes into it. Cook only for 2 minutes.
  5. Drain water from potatoes
  6. Dip potatoes in cold water for 5 minutes.
  7. Drain water from potatoes again and pet dry them gently
  8. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them in small batches. Take out from oil when slightly cooked and keep them in strainer.
  9. When all batches completed re fry them again till golden colour and crysp.
  10. Take out from oil and keep them in strainer, sprinkle salt and chat masala as you need. Serve hot with ketchup
