Cut the vegetables and marinate the chicken fillet with salt ginger garlic paste soya souce and mustard paste vinegar black and white pepper for at least2hours.
Now in frying pan or steak pan add oil and fry on low heat for 15mins both sides.
Now make teragon souce take a pot add butter and add maida fry now add milk in it and salt black pepper teragon herb cook stir continuously.
Now add cheese in it and stir add oregano too in this stage cook until souce het thick consistency.
Fry steaks from both sides don't over cook it will hard.now in a pot add oil2tbsp now add garlic chopped and zeera and chicken stock and water and cook.
When water get boiled add soaked rice in it and salt to taste.when water get dried make dam.
Now in a pan add oil and fry potatoes until done
In another pan add butter2tbsp now add all vegetables including fried potatoes and stir add salt black pepper soya souce vinegar in it and garlic powder fry for5mins
Now plate out steaks with souce and garlic rice and vegetables
