  1. Prepare 5 Banana Pepper/Large Chillies
  2. Make ready 1 cup Gram Flour

  2. Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
