  1. Take 4 cup Leftover Boiled rice
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  3. Take 1/2 cup chopped mushroom

  6. Prepare 1/1 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions to make French fried rice:
  1. Heat a pan, add cumin seed, bay leaf, add chopped onion, saute 2-3min,
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and all veggies, saute it 4-5 mins.
  3. Add salt, chopped green chilli, soye sauce, ajinomoto. Saute 1-2 mins.
  4. Add little water, boiled rice. Mix well. Cover it for 2-3 min on low flame
