  2. Take 1 tsp Salt

  1. Wash and finely chop the French Beans. It is important to Chop them like that. As it will reduce the cooking time as well as make them crispy too.
  2. Heat Oil in a kadai. Deep fry them until done, turning them every now and then for a uniform cooking. Do this in batches so that the Kadai is not over crowded. This measurement taken will be done in two batches. After done, fry the Curry Leaves in the same Oil. Sprinkle all the spices and the fried Curry Leaves on it. Toss well and serve with Boiled Rice and Daal.
