  1. Prepare 1 cup uncooked rice

  6. Make ready 2 tbsp cauliflower florets

  11. Make ready 1 pinch soda bi carb
  12. Take to taste Salt
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp soya sauce
  14. Get 1 tbsp vinegar
  15. Take 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

  17. Get 2 tbsp fried almonds- walnuts thick flakes
Instructions to make Veggie Fried Rice:
  1. Wash and cook rice beforehand. Chopped all vegetables mentioned. Keep other ingredients required ready for making fried rice.
  2. In nonstick kadhai add and heat oil,fry almonds- walnuts flakes till golden brown in colour. Keep aside for garnish.
  3. In same kadhai add all vegetables, grated ginger,salt to taste,soda bi carb. Mix and stir-fry vegetables on high flame till they are soft but cripsy.
  4. Add vinegar,soya sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix and add cooked rice(add salt if required). Mix well.
  5. Serve Hot Veggies Fried Rice garnishing with fried almonds- walnuts flakes.
