  1. Make ready cooked basmati rice
  2. Make ready oil
  3. Make ready chopped garlic
  4. Get small onion chopped
  5. Prepare capsicum chopped
  6. Make ready cabbage chopped
  7. Take carrot chopped
  8. Get French beans chopped
  9. Prepare red chilli powder
  10. Make ready soy sauce
  11. Prepare green onion chopped (small onions, thin)
  12. Get green onion leaves chopped
  13. Get Salt as require
  14. Take full black pepper powder
Instructions to make Garlic fried rice:
  1. Heat 1tbsp oil in a large skillet, add 1/2tsp garlic and onion and cook for a while. Then transfer into a bowl, leave oil in skillet don't take that with onions.
  2. Then add french beans and cook for a min. And transfer into a bowl. Then add cabbage and saute for a while. And transfer into bowl. Now add carrot and cook for a min and transfer into bowl. Last add capsicum and saute for a while. And transfer to a bowl.
  3. Now add 1tbsp oil to that skillet. Now add garlic and saute for a min. Then add all sauted vegetables. And mix well.
  4. Now add rice and add both sauce, salt and pepper powder. Mix well and cover with lid and cook for 2min on low heat. Last add green onion and mix, then again cook for 2min.
  5. Serve hot.
