  1. Heat 2 tbspoon oil in a kadhai on high flame, add sliced spring onion& sauté well.
  2. Next is to add all the sliced veggies, a pinch of salt & sauté well.
  3. Add schezwan sauce, vinegar, soya sauce & sauté well.
  4. At last add the boiled rice into the kadhai & sauté well until all the sauces & veggies mix perfectly with rice.
  5. It is ready to serve to your kids, garnish with some spring onions & serve hot.
