Take a cooker add washed dal and chopped spinach in it and add 2 cups of water in it. Add turmeric powder, hing and salt in it and mix it well. Now pressure cook for 15 minutes on the low medium flame.
Now take a pan add mustard oil, heat the oil add cumin seeds then chopped ginger garlic cook it till light golden colour then add onions cook it till light golden colour add all the spices then stir it for 3 minutes now add tomatoes and cook it till soft. Now add our cooked dal into it and cook it for another 5 minutes. If consistency is thick, you can add water to make the right consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves. Our Palak dal is ready to serve with chapatis.
Now for tori chopped it by removing it's skin. And add half of the sliced onion in it. Take a pan add mustard oil heat the oil,now add cumin seeds, add chopped ginger garlic cook it till golden colour, now add chopped onion and cook it till raw smell gone till pink colour now add all the spices and cook it for few minutes, now add tomatoes and cook it till soft and mix it well. Now add tori in it having sliced onion and mix it well correct.And cover it with plate and cook for another 15 minutes.
