  1. Make ready 1/2 cup Whole Urad Dal
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Whole Moong Dal
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup White Beans

  6. Prepare 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. Take 1 Tbsp Tamarind juice

  11. Take For garnish cherry tomatoes and basil
Instructions to make Salad Wreath:
  1. Soak the Dals and Chana overnight.
  2. The Dals would have be strained. Add all Dals and Chana in one bowl
  3. Add tamarind juice, lime juice, Chaat Masala, red chilli powder, salt, roasted cumin powder and mix very well
  4. Plate and enjoy a healthy Salad dish which is a meal on its own
