  1. Take 1 cup moong dal(soaked Overnight & sprouts)
  2. Get 1 cucumber Chopped
  3. Take 1 onion chopped
  4. Prepare 1 tomato chopped

  6. Prepare 1 pinch blackpeeper powder
  7. Take 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions to make Sprouts salad:
  1. Take moong dal. Wash it properly and soaked it for 2 days or overnight.
  2. Now take a bowl, add soaked moong dal(sprouts).
  3. Add onion, tomato and cucumber mix it well.
  4. Now add salt and blackpeeper powder give it a nice mix.
  5. In last squeeze lemon juice over sprouts.
  6. Serve it.
