  1. Get 1/2 cup Arhar Dal(ToorDal)
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee
  3. Take 1 Tomato
  4. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Take 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. Take 1 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  7. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp mint leaves
  12. Take 1 lemon
  13. Make ready to taste Salt
  14. Prepare as needed Plain rice and tomato salad for serving
Instructions to make Lasaniya Dal:
  1. Wash and soak dal for 1/2hr. And pressure cook 3-4whistle
  2. Now Heat ghee in a pan. Add cuminseeds ginger chilli garlic paste. Saute till it red brown colour add all masala chopped tomato stir and add dal. Stir and Add chopped mint and 1/2glass of water and salt. Stir well cook on mid. Slow flame. Lastly add lemon juice. And cook for 5 min. Serve with plain rice. Simple and tastylasaniya dal is ready to serve.
