  2. Prepare 1 cup Boiled Green moong dal(Sprouted)

  5. Take 1 cup Roasted peanuts
  6. Take 1 Chooped onion
  7. Get 1 Chopped tomato

  10. Take 1/2 cup Shallow Shalli paneer
  11. Take 2 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves

  13. Get 1 tsp Chat masala
  14. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  15. Make ready 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions to make Protein Salad:
  1. Take all ingredients and proportion can be changed as per your taste.
  2. Now, take a bowl, add white chana, black chana, green moong dal, paneer, sweet corn,cucumber, onion, tomatoes, roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander and mix it well.
  3. Next, add salt, black pepper, chat masala,salt and lemon juice(Quantity can vary as per your taste) and mix it well.ready to serve
