Ab is ma dahi ar mash ki dal b dal dein ar lukewarm water se goondh lein…. dough ko soft rkhna hai….
Ab is ma oil dal kar 5 minutes goondh lein ar cover kar ke 3 -4 hours ke lye rest dein…..
Chano ko 5 cups water ma salt and baking soda dal kar 3 - 4 hours ke lye bigho dein….ar ab dry spices ko grind kar lein blkul powder nh banana….
Ab 1 pan ma chany dalen ar jis pani ma soak kiye wo b dal den ar half hour k lye boil kren…. jb boil ho jaen to is ma 3 tbs spices dal den ar half hour k lye cook kren…. half hour k bd is ma masoor ki dal ar jo baqi spices bch jaen wo b dal den… 1 cup boiled water dalen ar cover kr k 1 hour k lye low flame p cook kren…. ab uncover kr k ksi spoon ki help se chano ko dabaen ar mazeed 5 minutes cook kren… gravy zda dry nh krni thanda hone p khud e thick ho jaty han…..
Ab dough ko uncover kar lein ar thora se ly kar round ball bana lein ar dry four lagakar bail lein….. ab 1 karahi ma oil high flame p garam karein…. oil zda garam hona chahyea nh to pathora hard ho jaye ga…. ab is ma roti dal dein ar fry karein light sa ar phr nkal lein…. salad ko cut kar lein….
Mint chutni ke sb ingredients blender ma dal ke blend kar lein…. and dahi ma add kar lein…. chutney ready hai….
Ab plate ma pathora rkhen chane ke sath ar salad mint chutni r pickles rakh ke serve karein…. tasty chana pathora ready hai…..
