Drain the goat meat from the sauce and deep fry the goat meat once you are done with the plantain and set aside
Heat up another frying pan and add a 1/2 cooking spoon of canola oil once it’s hot, add onions and after a minute add pepper
Stir and then add salt and knorr then add the plantain and goat meat mix everything together and taste to confirm its to your taste
Finally add green bell pepper and stir; then turn off heat and serve
