Satay chicken is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Satay chicken is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have satay chicken using 16 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Satay chicken:
  1. Make ready 1 pound chicken breast/thigh
  2. Get Bamboo stick/wood skewers
  3. Make ready ✓chicken marinade
  4. Get 1/2 tbsp salt
  5. Get pepper powder
  6. Get tumeric powder
  7. Get sugar / sweet soy sauce
  8. Make ready ✓Peanut sauce
  9. Take 300 gram peanuts (fry/roast until crisp)
  10. Make ready 2 cloves garlic
  11. Get 3 PC's onion
  12. Get Chili as u like (can skip if don't like spicy)
  13. Take 3 PC's candle nuts
  14. Take Sugar
  15. Prepare Coconut milk
  16. Prepare Cooking oil
Instructions to make Satay chicken:
  1. Wash &cut piece chicken meat marinade for 1hour,set a side.
  2. Preheat a grill for medium-high heat. - - Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, then grill 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve with warm peanut sauce.
  3. For peanut sauce, toast/fried peanut till crisp enough, sauteed garlic, onion,candlenuts,& chilli together until fragrance. Set a side let it cool. Then blend all peanut sauce ingredients set a side. Make hot wok put 1tbsp of oil pour all peanut sauce stir it until boil put some sugar and coconut milk. Stir it, off the fire and ready to serve with satay.
