  1. Prepare all your ingredients n set aside

  5. Add rice in the mixture and mix until all the rice is brown,, add the right amount of water,, taste if salt is ok and add to your desired taste,, bring the rice to boil in medium heat
  6. In another pan,, steam your coriander, cabbage and carrots mixed for atleast 5mins.
  7. It should be ready after the estimated time,, serve while still hot,, you can serve it with kachumbari,, for me i opted for the steamed vegetable.
