Keto Granola is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions every day. Keto Granola is something which I have loved my whole life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have keto granola using 14 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Keto Granola:
  1. Get Dry ingredients
  2. Take 1 cup walnuts (Chopped)
  3. Get 1/2 cup pecans (Chopped)
  4. Prepare 1 cup un-sweetened coconut (shredded)
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  6. Get 1/4 cup flax seeds
  7. Get 1/2 cup ground flax meal
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup chia seeds
  9. Get 5 Tbs Granulated monk fruit Sweetner
  10. Get 1 tsp cinnamon
  11. Get Wet ingredients
  12. Take 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  13. Take 1 egg white
  14. Take 1 tsp vanilla
Steps to make Keto Granola:
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients (Nuts, Seeds, flax meal, sweetener, cinnamon.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl (melted butter slightly cooled, egg white, vanilla.)
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine.
  5. Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down.
  6. Optional* Sprinkle 1/4-1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt on top prior to baking
  7. Bake for 20-25 mins until slightly browned.
  8. It will come out soft like a cookie, allow to fully cool (it will harden) break into desired size chunks.
