  18. Prepare 2 1/2 cups water (add more if needed.)
  19. Take 4 dashes worsteshier sauce
  20. Get 2 tsp beef soup base
  21. Take Optional toppings:
  22. Prepare Sour cream, shredded cheese, diced onion, tortilla chips
