  6. Submerge the steak in the egg
  7. Place the steak on the breadcrumbs
  8. Press gently on both sides so that the bread sticks
  9. Do the same with each of the steaks
  10. They can be cook in the pan or in the oven:

  12. Put a pan with oil on a medium-high heat, when it is hot, put the breaded steak until it is golden brown both sides, do the same with each bread steak, put it in a plate with paper towels to reduce the surplus of oil
  13. In the oven:
  14. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees temperature, spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, arrange the steak in it, spray the breaded steak on top with cooking spray and cook it for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown both sides
  15. I prepared them in the pan
  16. Accompany it with tomato, lettuce and sweet chili

Lay the cutlet in the breadcrumbs, covering it on both sides, gently pressing the crumbs onto the surface of the cutlet. Heat a shallow layer of oil in a wide, high-sided frying pan or similar vessel over high heat. Place the egg in a separate dish. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
