This goat meat stew is a version of a beloved Filipino dish (calderata) with carrots, potatoes, and peas in a flavorful tomato sauce.   5. Add salt, knorr cube and curry finally. add the fried meat, allow to boil very well then bring down.
  6. Serve with boiled white yam
