  2. Wisk to combine. Taste. Add additional milk and/or salt to achieve desired consistency and flavor. Transfer to a sealable jar, bottle, or other airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs before using.
  3. Enjoy on salads or as a dipping sauce. Will keep for 1-2 weeks. Always keep refrigerated.
