  15. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Get 1 cup pasta sauce
  17. Get 2 tsp oregano
  18. Prepare 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  19. Get 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  20. Make ready 1/4 cup butter
Instructions to make Stuffed Panchratan Lasagna:
  1. Soak all dal in water for 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours drain water and grinded in mixer jar.
  3. Add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper.
  4. Grease the nonstick griddle with butter.
  5. Pour the 1 ladle dal better on the greased griddle.
  6. Spread it evenly in round shape.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes and roast both sides.
  8. Now we will make filling for lasagna.
  9. Boiled the soya chunks crumbled.
  10. In a pan add ghee heat it up add onion, ginger garlic paste.
  11. Add all bell pepper and tomato.
  12. Saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
  13. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and cook for 2 minutes.
  14. Add grated paneer and boiled soya chunks crumbled.
  15. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Our filling is ready.
  16. Grease the cake mould with butter.
  17. Place a dal chilla in greased cake mould.
  18. Spread pizza sauce on the dal chilla.
  19. Add a layer of stuffing and spread evenly.
  20. Spread grated mozzarella cheese.
  21. Again place dal chilla apply pizza sauce. Spread filling and grated mozzarella cheese. Repeat that process with 4 times. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and spring onion on the top layer.
  22. Now Pre-heat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
  23. Bake it for 25 minutes in Pre-heated oven on 180°.
  24. Now our stuffed Panchratan lasagna is ready.
  25. Cut with pizza cutter and serve hot.
