  1. Firstly properly washed the kale and spinach leaves in water. Than blanch the kale and Spinach leaves and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil / ghee in the pan Add bay leaf and cumin seeds, cinnamon stick,clove,green cardamom & saute.
  3. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute on low flame.
  4. Add green peas. Cook then add kale spinach paste and salt. Stir cook for 3 to 5 minutes till oil separates.
  5. Now add cooked rice and sauté it add lemon juice mix properly then Cover and cook for 2 minutes on lowest flame. Green spinach peas Pulav is ready.garnish with coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes optional.
