  1. First, add black gram, onions, tomatoes, garlic, salt, red chilli and tarmaric powder in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Now add water and cook for an hour or until done.
  3. Now add oil and cook until water drained.
  4. Then add spinach and mix.
  5. Now add 1 glass water and cook until spinach cooked.
  6. Then take 2tbsp oil and add chilli flacks to it and stirring it for 5 seconds.
  7. And add into the grams and mix. Also add all spices (garam masala).
  8. Channe palak (spinach with black gram) is ready to serve.
