Prepare Add 1-2 cups of Spring water ( adding and stirring intermittently blending paste until it has a liquid consistency
Prepare Add sliced potabella mushrooms to saucepan gravy
Take 1/2 red onion, 3 green onions, assorted 3-4 peppers(sm), 1/2 green pepper (Wash, dice and add to gravy) Let cook for 15-20 min. on medium - low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or lumps
Take Add sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder(cover, simmer and cook to desired consistency)
Prepare oyster fried mushrooms
Get Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred)
Take Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
Prepare Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
Take Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
Prepare Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
