The ingredients needed to make Beef burger:
  1. Prepare 12 burger buns
  2. Take 1 kg minced beef
  3. Take 5 stems of spring onions
  4. Get 2 cloves garlic
  5. Prepare Small piece of ginger
  6. Prepare 4 tomatoes
  7. Prepare Lettuce
  8. Prepare Mayonnaise
  9. Make ready Salt

Instructions to make Beef burger:
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Pound the garlic, ginger and cumin seeds and add to the meat. Finely dice the onions and add to the meat along with your crushed cubes, egg and bread crumbs. Finally add the salt and mix till well combined. Don't overmix or the patties will be hard
  2. Divide the meat in 12 equal portions, roll and flatten to your desired thickness.
  3. Get your buns and slice then in half, I made mine at home
  4. Apply mayonnaise on both sides of the bun, put your patty, lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
