The ingredients needed to make Rice and Vegetables:
  1. Take Vegetables (Carrots, Capsicums, Coughet, Eggplant)
  2. Get Onions
  3. Prepare Tomatoes

  1. Measure the amount of rice you require, and wash it to remove any dirt
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and add the clean rice
  3. Let the water and the rice boil together till the water has evaporated and then cover the rice. Cook over low heat so as to prevent your rice from burning
  4. When your rice is cooking prepare your vegetables.
  5. Chop the onions and place them ino a sufuria and some oil and cook till golden brown add tomatoes and some water. Stir till you make a sauce the add in the Vegetables.
  6. Stir Fry the vegetables for 5-10 minutes-this leaves them crunchy and delicious.
  7. Chop some onions and put them into a sufiria cook till golden brown and the add some tomatoes and your already chopped greens and cook till satisfied. (I cook mine for a very short time- 5-6minutes)
  8. The last step is to make your salad. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes. Lettuce and some avocado into a bowl and mix them together.
  9. Then serve them all together. Perfect meal for a vegetarian or some on a diet.
