  3. For the greens,kale and spinach add cooking oil in a sufuria let it heat then add your second batch of onions and salt stir then add your greens stir abit let it cook for 3 mins(I love my greens not overcooked).
  4. For the ugali,boil water in a sufuria when ready add your maize flour till its firm n soft let it cook a while then remove its ready.
  5. For the kachumbari,use the remaining onions,tomatoes,coriander and the green chilies mix them then add ovacado and salt mix them again then serve your food.
