Fig Omelet is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Fig Omelet is something which I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have fig omelet using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Fig Omelet:
  1. Prepare 2 figs
  2. Take 3 eggs
  3. Take 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. Get 1 onion 🧅
  5. Make ready 30 g sliced fennel
  6. Take To taste Salt
  7. Take To taste Pepper
Instructions to make Fig Omelet:
  1. Sliced onion and fennel
  2. Caramelize Onion
  3. Add fennel, stir fry until the fennel is soft. Add a pinch of salt then put it aside to cool down
  4. Pan fried each side of the fig for 10 seconds, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir fry a bit until the fig is coded with melted sugar
  5. Mix 2 eggs, onion and fennel. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Heat up (mild heat)2 tablespoons of oil before putting the egg in 15cm pan. Stir the egg in the pan to create folds.
  7. Mixed another egg with a little salt then pour it into the pan. Put the figs on top of the egg
  8. Put the cover on and cook for 5 more mins. Put it in oven for 2 mins under 200°C if the top still liquid.
  9. Voilà ❤️ you can also serve it with some feta cheese and a little bit of honey🍯
