1. First we make brownies!! Melt dark chocolate first, then mix butter, dahi, powdered sugar, baking powder, coco powder, chocolate essence. Give them a perfect mix.
2. Then add Maida in the above mixture, then lukewarm milk but slowly not in a go(to avoid forming lumps). After adding and mixing all the above ingredients add baking soda lastly and mix once. Pour the mixture in the greasing tray and sprinkle nuts & choco chips on the top. After that bake it in Oven(I used Batti oven) for 35-40mins. Check it using a toothpick. Remember before baking preheats the oven for 2 mins then bake the cake on low flame. The flame should not be high.
3. Whipping cream Take chilled Amul fresh cream(remove the water part of the cream), mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in it. Then blend the cream using a blender. The cream gots fluffy after blending for 5 mins (Time varies according to a different blender or hand whipping)
4. Now the preparation part Takes a glass of any size you want. Cut the Brownie into pieces. Put one or two as per your piece size in the glass. Then place the layer of whipping cream then some chocolate sauce. Then again Brownie pieces then again another layer of whipping cream. Finally, chocolate sauce and choco chips garnish on top. And the yummy choco Brownie shots are ready.
