I tried this recipe with my favorite blending ingredient curd excluding tomatoes, I added amchur powder and kitchen king masala.

  1. Wash and soak rice.
  2. Boil water in vessel add salt oil and rice cook it till rice done.
  3. Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion saute it till light golden in colour.
  4. Add tomatoes and dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt mix it and add little water.
  5. Pressure cook till 2 whistles open cooker add aloo mutter mix it saute till oil separates from sides add water and pressure cook till aloo mutter done serve with rice and salad
