Instructions to make Dumplings (Chicken version):
  1. In a bowl, mix together flour and warm water. Once the dough comes together, take it out onto a clean surface and knead for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. In the mean time, in a bowl, mix together chicken and the rest of the finely chopped vegetables. Set aside.
  3. Take the dough, Place some flour on your work surface and roll the dough. cut the dough into even circles.
  4. Place 1 tbsp of the chicken mince in the centre. Wet your finger with water and spread it along the edges. Fold the top side onto the bottom and press to seal. Use a fork to completely seal the edges together.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dumpling is crispy. Remove and set aside
  6. In another saucepan, saute some onions and add in some grated garlic.
  7. Add in some flour
  8. Add some chicken stock.
  9. Add in some chopped vegetables
  10. Dip the fried balls and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  11. Serve hot
