  1. Make ready 4 Pork chops
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Melted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix eggs & 2tbs of water in a bowl
  3. Melt butter and coat baking tray evenly
  4. Mix all other ingredients in gallon size ziplock bag(except for pork)
  5. Dip chopsin egg mixture then throw into ziplock bag and shake up closed bag. I would advise 2 chops at a time in bag.
  6. Place breaded chops on buttered baking pan and cook about 20 min per side. Make sure chops reach 160°.
