  2. Add chopped tomatoes.Fry for one minutes add a cup of water,youghurt.cover and allow to cook until oil settle at the top.
  3. Place another pot on medium heat.Coat the bottom of the pot with the source, add cooked rice,follow by red onions,next is spinach.Repeat the process from the source making it layer by layer until you are done.
  4. Cover and allow to cook
  5. Remove from heat and save
