The ingredients needed to make Simple and quick pizza:
  1. Make ready 4 pieces Pizza base
  2. Get 250 grams ripened tomatoes
  3. Prepare 3 cloves garlic
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Take as per taste Salt
  6. Take 1 cup each of sliced onion, tomatoes, green capsicum
  7. Get 1 cup each of sliced green capsicum and paneer
  8. Make ready 1/2 cup of daniya(coriander leaves)
  9. Take 1 cup grated cheese
  10. Take 1 teaspoon each of red chilli flakes, Peri_peri, mixed herbs
  11. Make ready 1 table spoon vegetable oil
  12. Take 2 table spoon melted butter
Steps to make Simple and quick pizza:
  1. Heat oil in a pan Add garlic. Roast it for a minute. Add tomatoes to it. Add salt. Cover it and let it cook for about 10 minutes on low flame. Then add red chilli powder. Cook for two minutes.
  2. After the above mixture cools down, blend it into a fine paste.
  3. Pre_ heat oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
  4. Take the pizza base.Apply butter for taste.(optional)to.it.Then apply the tomato paste. Spread it fully. Then add sliced onions,capsicum, tomato, paneer and little bit of Daniya leaves.Then sprinkle cheese. Here I have used ordinary cheese as I dint have mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle red chilli flakes, Peri peri and herbs. You can also add bell peppers.
  5. Bake it for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Check it with toothpick to know whether it is fully baked. If the base is sticking to the toothpick or if cheese is not fully melted, cook it for five more minutes.
  6. It's ready to be served. You can also add herbs and chilli flakes on it.
