  2. Prepare pounded garlic cloves
  3. Take large tomatoes

Instructions to make Minced meat:
  1. Cut the vegetables into small cubicles
  2. Boil the miced meat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Fry the onions in a sufuria until soft. Add in garlic and fry until a sweet aroma is produced.
  4. Add tomatoes and stir well. Add in carrots and stir.
  5. Add in salt then add in the minced meat. Stir really well
  6. Add in stir till the meat and stewed tomatoes are evenly spread
  7. Mix water (15mls) with royco. Add in to the stew.
  8. Cook for 3 then serve when ready
