  4. Cut the dough into small halves and make balls,using oil not to stick to surface roll the dough not too flat and not too thick,make a small hole in the middle using your hand
  5. Pour oil into frying pan and allow it to become hot before deep frying(Note that:you can’t roll all the dough at once,when you fry one side you roll another dough)
  6. Fry both side and when golden brown remove from oil and allow to stain in a colander
  7. Prepare your sauce by stir frying a little oil and onions followed by chili,add the minced meat and ginger paste,
  8. Allow to cook then add your veggies and spices,cook for 5 minutes and it’s done
