  13. Make ready 1 Pinch Red Food colour(opt)
  14. Take Water for making batter
  15. Prepare Cooking Oil
  16. Take For the saute- 2-3 Onion chopped julinne
  17. Make ready 3-4 medium Green chillies
  18. Prepare Handful Curry leaves
  19. Take 2 tbsp Curds / Yogurt
  20. Get to Taste Salt
  21. Make ready Pepper as per taste
  22. Prepare 1 tsp Ciba Paneer Masala
Steps to make Paneer 65 Resturant Style:
  1. Take a bowl, to make the marinade, take all flours along with the Ciba spices i.e Ciba chatkari mssala, Ciba egg masala, Ciba Kashmiri lal mirch & Ciba coriander powder and mix well with just enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Add the paneer pieces and marinate for 30 mins.
  3. Heat Oil and deep fry the paneer pieces along with the batter.
  4. .Once cooked, drain and keep it aside.Sprinkle a pinch of egg masala.
  5. For the Saute- - Heat a non stick pan, saute the onions along with curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
  6. Sprinkle salt & Ciba Kashmiri lal mirch powder. let the vegetables soften a bit.
  7. Add curd.
  8. Now add Ciba Paneer masala…. Mix it with curd.
  9. Add fried Paneer pieces into curd and simmer while stirring constantly.
  10. Make sure the curds is absorbed completely and it is dry. - Serve hot.
