1. Neatly chop the cleaned & washed spinach and spring onion greens. Make sure that both the veggies are dry. Finely chop the green chilli & garlic flakes.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and green chilli. Saute well. Now add the spring onion greens followed by spinach and saute well on high flame for 1min.
3. Add a pinch of turmeric, half tbsp of soya sauce, 1/4 tsp of dry red chilli flakes and salt as desired. Saute again for another 30 secs. Do not cover the pan. The dish should come out dry. Off the flame and serve it hot.
