  1. Take 2 Eggs
  2. Get 1 Cup shredded Broccoli
  3. Prepare 1.5 Tsp Butter/Oil
  4. Get 2 Green Chillies
  5. Make ready Pinch Turmeric powder
  6. Prepare Salt
Instructions to make Broccoli Omelette:
  1. In a pan, add 1 tsp of butter/oil at medium heat. Then add shredded broccoli, sliced green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in open pan till it is bright green in color and its raw smell subsides. Add salt to taste.
  2. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the above prepared broccoli to the beaten eggs and mix well. (If you need more spice, you can add black pepper powder to this mixture).
  3. Grease the same pan with half tsp of butter/oil and pour the mixture into the pan in low heat. Cook both the sides and serve it.
