  12. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  15. Prepare 1 tsp Royco mchuzi mix
  16. Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make QUICK & EASY FISH FILLET STEW:
  1. In a pan or sufuria add in the cooking oil and onions and sauté till they are tender and some have a brownish color to them.
  2. Add in your tomatoes and cook till they are very soft and have produced their juices.
  3. Add in the carrots and cook for just a minute to retain the texture in them then add in your spices and mix well.
  4. Add in the minced ginger and garlic and cook for just 30 seconds the add in the tomato paste and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Add in the milk and water and bring it to a boil. Milk is optional so you can just use water.
  6. Add in the fillet one at a time. This is the only stage where we’ll give it a good mix because once it is cooked all the way through it will be impossible to continue mixing to avoid them splitting. Cook them for about 5 - 7 minutes then add in the bell pepper and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  7. Switch off the gas, add in the coriander and serve.
