  1. First warm 1/4 cup milk, and put it in bowl dissolve sugar in it. Then mix dry yeast in it and cover the bowl, keep in warm place for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes you will see a brown formatted layer on the top of the bowl, that means your yeast is active and you can go further with recipe, remember while mixing yeast, your milk should warm, not cold
  2. Now in different big bowl, take maida, make a space between it and mix yeast mixture, salt, vanila assence in it
  3. Then slowly mix it with floor and Knead a dough using milk. Knead the dough properly for atleat 10 mintues
  4. Then add butter and again knead the dough, firstly you will find it more greasy, but after kneading it for 2 to 3 minutes, dought will become soft, then cover it with cloth, and keep it in warm place for 1 to 2 hour
  5. After 2 hour, it will become double, then again knead it for half minute, divide it with equal portion, roll it in half inch thickness, and cut donuts with donut cutter,
  6. Place the donut in plate, brush with oil, cover with cloth and again keep it for 30 mintues to 1 hour, then fry the donuts in oil on medium flame,
  7. In double boiler, melt choclete and dip donuts in it and cover it with sprinklers
