Make sure to use the cream and milk at room temperature.
Extract orange juice by grinding the oranges in grinder. Make sure there isn't single seed in the juice. Do not add water to this.
Heat the orange juice along with 2 tablespoon sugar in a non-stick pan. Let it cool.

Add milk to the mixture and whisk well. Make sure the batter is not too thick nor too liquid. Adjust milk accordingly.
Preheat your oven at 180℃.
Grease the mould. Pour the mixture in the mould. Top yhe mixture with chopped almonds and black raisins.
Bake this at 200℃ for 20 minutes. After this bake at 180℃ for about 20 minutes or until it's baked properly. Prick the cake with the help of a toothpick.
