Make ready 4/5 boiled medium size potato
Make ready 3 tsp cornflour
Take 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Take 1 cup Capsicum finally chopped
Get 1 cup Cabbage
Get 1cup French Beans-finally chopped

Take 2/3 Green chillies chopped
Prepare Spices
Make ready as per taste Salt
Take 1 tsp Black pepper
Take as per required Red chilli powder
Make ready To prepare sauce
Prepare 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
Make ready 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Get 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
Make ready 2 tbsp soya sauce
Prepare Pinch salt
Take 2 tbsp oil
Make ready as required Red food colour little bit (opt)
Get 5/6 tsp water
Get Others
Make ready sticks Ice-cream
Prepare as required Silver paper
Take Vegeis for decorated salad
Get As required Green coriander
Prepare As required Cabbage
Take as required Carrots
Instructions to make Veg Chinese lollipop:
Mash or grate the potatoes
Put 2 tsp oil on a hot pan to saute the vegetables
Add ginger/ garlic paste, stir it, then onion, French Beans,then carrots, then capsicum, and cabbage,stir all step by step from few seconds
Add salt 1 tsp/as required and 1tsp black pepper powder in it and stir until the veggies will dry.
Remove pan and keep the veggies at side to cool.
Take grated potatoes and add bread crumbs, cornflour, 1tsp black pepper powder, some salt. Mix it well.
Add sauted veggies in it and mix it well. Prepare dough.
Freeze the dough for some time to hard
Make balls and give shapes of oval as lollipops and fix the ice cream sticks.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the lollipops. heat oil fully
Fry them carefully In medium heat otherwise it may be broken
Place them on a butter paper them,cool them and wrap the sticks with silver paper
To make sauce:-
Heat 2tsp oil in a pan.
Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir a little
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and shejwan sauce, stir it
Add 3-4 tap water, stir it
Add red colour in the sauce, it is optional.
Grate carrot,cabbage and green coriander to decorate it with salads
