Assemble the portions in the tin.Apply Milk wash on top of the Balls in the tin Now keep the tin for second proving for 30-35 minutes After second proving the Balls will increase in size Apply oil Wash to it Apply milk wash. Bake at 180c 20 minuts in a pre- Heated Oven. While pav gets bake apply oil Wash twice every 5-7minuts. After 20 minuts take tin out and allow it to cool. Un old pav and Use as needed.
