  1. Roast Chana daal and wheat in proportion 1:2 respectively, on slow flame to make sattu flour
  2. Now take water add jaggery in it,take 4TSP water and soak saffron threads.
  3. Then add the sattu flour in jaggery water and whisker slowly,no lumps to form
  4. Add saffron, cardamom powder, Dryfruits mix well, add roasted poppy seeds, desiccated coconut on top. Place in freezer for 15 minutes and serve it.
