  1. Take beef mince add ginger,garlic,red chilli pwd.meat masala pwd.then add chopped tomato/onion/spring onion/coriander leaves/cumin n green chillies mix
  2. Now add red chilli flakes(optional)half packet of shan CHAPLI masala n 2 tbsp maize flour(optional)mix well
  3. Now make CHAPLI KEBABS shape.shallow fry them.serve hot with naan/khubus.
